HORRIBLE experience, sold us an absolute lemon

They were very hard to work with, they played games with the sale and tried multiple times to convince me an offer I'd just refused was actually okay with me. When we did finally negotiate a deal, they sold us a car that broke down half an hour after we left the lot! When we brought it back for repair (as instructed by American Toyota themselves), they tried to pretend that there is no lemon law in New Mexico (there absolutely is, but we had to show them a paper copy of the statute for them to recognize its existence) and then dragged their heels about honoring the lemon law guidelines. We ended up getting a full refund and got a very similar car for a great deal from Bob Turners instead. They were totally dishonest with us and very difficult to work with, I would NEVER do business with this company again. They were shameful.

• Pros: a good place to go if you need more frustration in your life.
• Cons: rude, pushy, difficult to negotiate with, and selling a highly inferior product.
