Mole in New Mexico

Coming from both Austin and Houston Texas, my wife and I found real mexican food extremely hard to find in New Mexico. Everything labeled Mexican turns out to be New Mexican. That is, until we found El Norteno. It has much of the flavor we crave from wonderful Mole, great Chipolte, and good cilantro based salsa to boot. So, if you are a bit tired of the standard green chile fare, give El Norteno a spin - you will not be disapointed.
