Very few small business owners get credit for working twice as hard for less. Halie Overton knows this business and is on top of things. She got this transaction completed in no time!! She defended us from some awful agents and made sure that we were educated on the process and were not taken advantage of. We understand now. I will be using you again Ms. Halie. Thank you for all that you did for us. We feel confident entering into the next transaction with all of the knowledge you shared. Your strategy made it happen for us, everyone else missed the mark. Pros: Great service, low cost. One on one meeting at Flying Star was comfortable.
Cons: We have to schedule meetings, no walk ins but that is ok. Great choices to meet with internet access to lenders and properts. Online approvals that we saw for our selves.
