Carry your cell there this co knows there will be problems

Here is a concept this company dose not know how to use or won’t because they are money hungry.

They have done nothing but blame the client for all the problems. “Not carrying their cell phone on their wedding day when the AC did not work and then said the wedding party had to many clothes on and that is why they were hot:“ Has the company ever thought answering the many e-mails and phone calls and saying “ I sorry you had a problem.” No they are so money hungry they believe it is easier to blame the client..

At least the employees that posted good reviews on this line got good service and were not blamed for the problems with the SO CALL NEW LIMO.'

Funny how there were no reviews before my comments about the bad service from this company.

Don't ever forget your cell phone when you deal with this company. BECAUSE when the problems start It will be your fault if you don't call them. Oh and if it is your wedding day use a different company. BRIDES and her party are expected to carry your cell phone as they know there will be a problem

The AC dose not work in their cars and yes it is hot but, the company said will it is hot and the bridal party is over dressed SEE more ways to put blame on me and not take responsibility for poor service .Well don't you think that if an AC worked right it should not matter how you are dressed.

Customer did not " tip" limo chauffeur= addl charge.

as to the other comments all vehicles are serviced and we can show proof.

we never received a call from client during alleged complaint, we would have replaced vehicle..she claims she did not have access to cell-phone.. total nonsense.

sometimes when it is 105 degrees and people overdress for weddings as we all do in the summer time in mid july -august you will be hot

This company will NOT answer you phone calls or e-mails if there is a problem. All they want is MONEY. So if you use this company don't expect any kind of answers to your problems with their service and limos. They don't care about people just money.

Don't let Jon tell you they have new limos if they do then the AC should have worked even if it is hot outside don't you think?

Make sure you DO NOT wear to many clothes on your wedding day.

They DO NOT call you back or answer e-mails. All they want is your money

it was my first time in a limo and we had a wonderful

limo, with decorations and champagne and redcarpet.

Hello. I would like to take a moment to pay complent to Darren, the driver for our Bachelorette party this past Saturday, August 22. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. As a result of his excellent service, if renting a limo in the future we would most certainly use Star Limo, and request him as our driver if available. early arrival, unique limo H3 only one like it in the area.

our driver rolled the red carpet and iced the cahmpagne already for us. it was worry free
