Joe's Pasta House - It's Foood & Family. The first thing you need to know about Joe's Pasta House - expect Joe Guzzardi (the owner) and his wife, Kassie, to welcome you like you're family.

Pasta House isn't a giant chain restaurant with impersonal service and food that's heated in a microwave.

The food at Pasta House is served in generous portions. If you're watching your weight, ask the servers to box half of it before you even get started. Yes, the servings are that large.

The quality of the food is superb. My personal favorite is chicken parmigiana. So much so that it's a shock to the wait staff when I order something different.

The menu is far more than just a spaghetti and meatballs restaurant. The variety of offerings means you're guaranteed to find something you'll enjoy.

I personally recommend the chicken parmigiana, baked ziti, and chicken marsala.

If you enjoy seafood, Joe has you covered there also.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming. If you're looking to enjoy an intimate dinner for two, request table 16 by the fireplace.

As a full disclosure, let me just say that my family's relationship with Joe Guzzardi started with walking in off the street for dinner. The quality of his food and the impeccable service by his waitstaff has converted us from customers to long time friends.

I challenge anyone to find someone who feels the same way about any of the chain Italian restaurants.

Give Joe's a try. You'll soon feel the same way.

Best Italian Restuarant since I left Buffalo NY in 1973. Menu is posted on their website. Check it out.

If you love great Italian food then you NEED to go visit this place. The owner, Joe Guzzardi is a delight and is a hands on owner. He grew up in NYC and imports fresh ingredients each week. You will find no canned shelf solutions on the menu. The food is fantastic (best Italian Sausage I have ever had!). Great atmosphere, very fair prices and a total delight. Great place to go just before you head off to the Hockey game. They feature an extensive menu with both veal and chicken and great pasta. Good wine selection and site shows menu. His card shows the business name as Joe's Pasta House. You can tell this is a labor of love for Joe and his lovely wife.

Try the Rigatoni ala Vodka, it is superb!. I'm an ex-New Yorker and I'm rather particular about my Italian food. Pasta House serves the best Italian food here in RIo Rancho; there isn't any restaurant that comes close to Pasta House (not even Olive Garden). The service is excellent, the ambience is soothing, the owner is attentive and the prices are very reasonable. I dine there frequently and I sometimes stop in for an espresso and canolli; the owner, Joe, is very accommodating.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Italian grill and bistro caters to locals with fresh seafood and meat pasta dishes as well as Atkins diet delights.

WOW! Now that's an "Italian Lunch Buffet" Priced so right!. "Pasta Cafe Italian Grill" is located right next to Albuquerque, so don't think you need to drive far from town to get to the "Pasta Cafe"-There's one other location in Roswell, New Mexico as well...a good friend of Joe's owns that one. "Same GREAT Menu" The atmosphere at Pasta Cafe is all about Italian Food, with background music from the famous "Dean Martin" Thats Amore'...and Oh my-The pasta/salad's/breads/egg plant...(fresh bread baked right in the kitchen)-and pleanty of it! all pleasing to the pallet.

A true to the heart "Warm-Greeting" from the owner "Joe"- right away you feel like your in his home and he truly want's you to feel that way. The servers are all spoil you with good manners and excellent service. Joe will make the effort to visit your table, as it's all about your satisfaction and good eating!

Drive the distance for this Italian food...it's well worth it! "THIS IS THE REAL DEAL"

Italian at it's BEST!. Joe "the OWNER" usually greets you at the door but if some reason he doesn't, he makes sure to visit you at your meal, You can feel the warmth he gives to you as soon as he smiles, let alone a "TASTE of New York". I bring my wife and kids here all the time. More when I miss New York City. Joe , Treats you like, Your his own FAMILY. The food portions are more then your money worth. It's ITALIAN AT IT'S BEST. The wine is unforgetable too.
