Caring, competent and professional to pet and person. After calling many vet offices needing more money than I had to put my poor old dying kitty to rest, I tried RRAC. Not only were their prices lower, they treated me and my pet with utmost respect and gentleness. That morning, I'd read a vet article on what to expect when putting down a pet and how the best vets do in these cases--including asking if I could drive myself okay after witnessing death of my pet. This office did that, asking if they could call anyone to help me. I also got a bereavement card at home a few days later. I will return to this office. It wasn't fancy looking or big, but the care for pet and human were exceptional in my case. I expect to use this clinic in the future for another kitty.
