Not so Great! Think Twice!. I had my wedding at the Inn at Rio Rancho and I don't recommend this venue for any event. The event coordinator seemed organized in all the meetings leading up to the event and then the event comes and she can't wait till its over. She was seen rolling her eyes at our guests, drinking beer at the bar before our reception was over and according to the GM she was "off the clock!" She is the event coordinator! They stay until its over! Our water and tea pitchers were never refilled and we were dying of thirst from dancing so much. I had asked for a black spot on the ceiling drapery to be removed it was still there on our wedding day. Most of our guests were from out of town and stayed at the Inn and a lot of them had problems with their room. They're customer service needs work! If you want stress and love disorganization, then this place is for you. So many other things ocurred, but need I say more?!

LOST MY UNITY CANDLES ITEMS AND THEN BLAMED US. STOLE ITEMS FROM GIFT TABLE

TRIED TO PAWN OFF USED ITEMS FOR NEW. KEPT ITEMS LEFT IN ROOMS

A COMPLETE MESS. NOT ORGANIZE! NO CONCERN! AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
