So greatful to have found such a wonderful place!. As a single Dad I had a hard time finding a child care center that would work with mine and my children’s needs. I found Roadrunner April 2010 and ever since have been so amazed! Both my children's teachers are able to talk to me about their day and update me with information regarding the center. The classrooms as well as the front entry are always clean and decorated nicely. I get to see my boys artwork up in their classrooms and it makes me smile.

My kids. My kids love this daycare! They have been going there for a little over a year now, and they are so amazing to my kids. They have a high turnover rate for teachers, which is one thing I do not like about the daycare, but I have no asked about the teachers whom have left. My kids are ages 2 and 3 and they have an excellent ciriculum for my kids in their own classrooms, and I'm excited for my oldest to start school next year in their preschool program. The director is a very kind, and caring person, the few times that I have been late, or have had some reason for not being able to show up on time, they are very understanding and reasonable. I'm really enjoying this daycare, and my kids are always doing artwork, I have a whole dresser drawer full of stuff that they have done in their "school". Wonderful!

My Kids Love This Place. My 2 children absolutely love attending Roadrunner. They have been to 3 previous day cares and have not enjoyed the experience. Roadrunner day care is very clean and organized. All the teachers are friendly and contribute a lot to my children's early education. We are always greeted kindly by all the staff.

Its all about money. It is amazing to me how updating a building can determine what makes a place good or bad. I have great concerns regarding this center. They have worked very hard to disenroll any child with a disability or problem and rather only want kids that are easy to handle. They have lost many great staff and appear to have no concern about the well being of the children in their care. The inspections are not outstanding if parents will take a minute to review them. It's unfortunate that it is about money and not quality and customer service.

Best Childcare in Abq!!!. As a first time mom, I had a hard time deciding where to take my infant. I chose Roadrunner Child Development after researching many other childcare centers around Albquerque. My experience with the center has being GREAT! I trust my son is cared for in the best way he can be. Since his attendance, the center has gone through a lot of much needed reconstruction. New carpets, tile, cabinets, and innovative learning supplies have been adopted by Roadrunner Child Development. I love the fact that my son (6 months) even has a cirriculum that his teachers follow. The communication between his teachers, the director and I have been excellent : ) I want my child to continue going to Roadrunner until he starts Pre-K. While bringing my son to his room, I notice the older children in a learning environment and that means a lot to me.

Overall Feelings of this Childcare Center. My child attended this center with its prior owner. I enjoyed the staff and did not mind that the facility was a bit run down. It was safe and fun for the children. It had a warn, friendly feel. While the staff and facility are improved since the transition, the communication provided, or not provided, by the Directore leave me, as a parent, feeling quite demeaned. I have found that I have to call several times to get an answer to any question. I do not feel that this center is "serving my family". Instead, I feel that they are allowing me to bring my child and pay them.
