STAY AWAY!!!!

Unfreindly staff refuses to turn on air conditioning regardless of how hot it is in apt. my apt won't go below 83 and when i ask them when they will turn on the AC they just laugh at me. The staff is ignorant and rude and is only concerned with their problems. Please consider other apartments, you will be glad you did. Los Altos Towers is the worst place i have ever had live in, honestly.

Stay away from this apt complex. They are extremely unfriendly to certain races & are constantly finding ways to tack on more fees. As in $50 a month for gas when you don't have any gas appliances & don't even turn on your heat. Charged me for an extra month even though I had already given them the 30 days notice & had turned in my keys. I believe they already had the apt rented to someone else while I was still paying for it. BEWARE!!!
