I had a return of a rather large drum set; I wanted to exchange it but only had brought in the original receipt with itemized bill. I had forgotten the credit card. I was told I needed the card to credit my account.
I had already unloaded the drum set and was then told that the owner would not allow me to leave the large drum at the store until I returned with my credit card; or rather i may, but they would not be responsible for it! I had to reload the drums and drive home, but it was now too late to go back because they would then be closed. I then had to unload the drums and now this a.m reload yet again. Needles to say I 'am not going to exchange them but only get a refund and never ever go back again. I will take a day off just to picket the store!!!!

Besides the fact, the owner let one of the most knowledgeable employees he had in
pro audio /software go because of the ?buddy-buddy system? right before the Holidays. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is rejuvenating.
