Background Checks. Grandmas outta check out employees before they put em in the store cause they got an ex stripper working there. How ghetto is that? Besides they charge way too much for their stuff.

customer service -by owner H O R R I A B L E. I had a return of a rather large drum set; I wanted to exchange it but only had brought in the original receipt with itemized bill. I had forgotten the credit card. I was told I needed the card to credit my account.

I had already unloaded the drum set and was then told that the owner would not allow me to leave the large drum at the store until I returned with my credit card; or rather i may, but they would not be responsible for it! I had to reload the drums and drive home, but it was now too late to go back because they would then be closed. I then had to unload the drums and now this a.m reload yet again. Needles to say I 'am not going to exchange them but only get a refund and never ever go back again. I will take a day off just to picket the store!!!!

Wonderful employees terrible owner. Besides the fact, the owner let one of the most knowledgeable employees he had in

pro audio /software go because of the ?buddy-buddy system? right before the Holidays. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is rejuvenating.
