Terrible Management!!

This property used to be managed by Archstone Properties and was one of the best in Albuquerque, It is now managed by an outfit named First Pacific. They could not be a worse management company. They are rude, surly, and completely unresponsive to a tenant's needs. Every year they managed to cut more services, but not surprisingly the rent still goes up. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT from them!!!

• Cons: Lousy Management
