My daughter just got a 1 bedroom apartment here and I'm so happy she did. We went all over the west side and this place was one of the few that really impressed me. The area is great (close to mom, which is a plus) and the staff was wonderful through the entire process- really professional, happy and fun! It was pretty clear these young ladies love their job and actually cared, something we didn't get from the other apartments. Her apartment is bigger and less expensive than others in the area;plus,the complex was maintained pretty well and is really lovely with the tree's finally starting to bloom. I would definitely recommend this place. I feel very good about her living here.

Just got my taxes back, and thank GOD my lease was up where I live now! Couldn't wait to move to the West side so I could finally get closer to work! I drive by here all the time on my way, sooo glad I stopped in when I did! I got super lucky to find a one bedroom that can fit my furniture for a good price. The reviews are true but if you have a job, qualifying is a breeze and the office was really fast and great about letting me know what was up. Overall pleased, it was a good experience so why not share if it helps out? Can't wait to move in so I can start saving on gas :)

Just looked at this place a few days ago, along with MANY others! It was a tough decision because I DO NOT plan on moving again for a while, HATE IT!!! Kept going back & forth between this one and the one across the street...and honestly, what did it for me was the size. The 1 bedroom is SOOOO BIG and doesn't feel like an apartment at all,really. Doesn't have a washer/dryer in it, which is a bummer but I had to opt for the TWO closets (both in the bedroom) and the HUGE balcony. Plus, I got lucky and got one right next to one of the laundry rooms, score! I also really like how the dining room and kitchen is set up too. If you need a place, it's worth a look for sure!

YES!!! Finally a place where I can pay rent online!!!So convenient, glad this company is doing this!!Really got lucky when I found this place! Everyone is super nice and the apartment is really unique & HUGE!!! Great price for the area too!!! If you're looking for a change or a new place, check this one out!!!!

Been looking for apartments for a few weeks now and it has been super exhausting... to say the least. I'm happy to say my search has finally ended with this one! It caught my eye as I was driving around lost and I'm SO glad I found it!!! Great prices for the location and appearance of the complex. Trust your gut when you're out there, it doesn't lie...and as soon as I walked in, I felt right at home. Everyone in the office was really nice, efficient, super professional and I can't wait to move in!! Everything has gone so smooth, I couldn't have asked for a better experience looking for my first apartment! Oh, and guess what?! They have a Keurig in the leasing office! How cool is that? I'm telling everyone I know about my find here and I'm putting this review on every site I can find!! Everyone looking should know how easy finding a great apartment, without breaking the bank, can really be!! :)
