In Short – Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
BAD STEAK - PRIME RIB IS EXCELLENT

I love their PRIME RIB! Three portion sizes available - great for BIG or TINY appetites!
STEAKS are laced with far too many SPICES which kills the taste of the "steak" that should be on the plate.
If you enjoy a quiet dinner experience, avoid any booth close to the door, close to other diners, close to the kitchen or near the pathway to the restroom facilities. Other than this - it's a fine place to dine - just avoid the STEAKS!
- Pros: PRIME RIB PORTIONS, PRIME RIB TASTE, RARE IS RARE! RED!
- Cons: NOISE, SCREAMING KIDS ABOUND, SPICED STEAK
overpriced & overrated

Promoting the notion that Aussies can manipulate oversized knives & forks makes for a clumsy dining experience. Several times I have been seated at a booth near the entryway. The hostess in a black dress was always engaged in obnoxious conversations with table staff that ruined the dining experience. It is "social hour" at the front door every time I have visited. Oftentimes smoke drifts over from the bar. The place is simply loud & rude. Other than the bloomin onion, there is nothing on the menu that warrents the high prices.
- Pros: bloomin onion, a large parking lot
- Cons: obnoxious socializing, smoke drifts over fro, loud atmosphere
Different Day, Same Steak

Not the top of my list. Life is too short to eat a mediocre steak.
