Steaks & Seafood. I had the Ribeye, and the marbling and flavor were just increadible... My wife had the Grilled Salmon, and it was huge. But more importantly, it was really good, flakey, and the dill sauce was great! I wish they had a salad, but I have to say the pineapple coleslaw was the best (& I HATE coleslaw!) Prepare to take home a doggy bag.
mr.
My Wife and I had dinner here last week. I had the large New York Strip and My wife had the small Ribeye. The steaks were done perfectly. The pinapple coleslaw was the best I have ever tasted and the Service was even better. I can't wait to go back and I will tell all my friends this is a can't miss
restaurant.
Not a Wannabe.
If it is a great steak you are looking for, then look no further than the "Great American Land and Cattle. When I want a great steak, this is the only place I will come in the city. The other competitors are nothing more than wannbe's or trying to be wannabe's
You can't beat the quality of the food and the service is excellent. It is also a great place to go for an anniversary or a place to impress a date with the view of the city at sunset. You cant go wrong when you come for dinner.
One of the best steaks in ABQ!. Go to Paul's Monterrey Inn for the best prime rib. Go to Hilton Inn's Rancher's Club for a 5-star meal and expensive dinner. Go HERE for the best steak and best value in town! Atkins diet friendly! :-))
Not even!. This place could only be called average. Average food, average service, and average prices. In summary, average!
Second Best. Good steaks and atmosphere. Steaks almost as good as Great American between Las Cruces and El Paso
Smoken steak!!. The smoked serloin is smoked to perfection with a perfect balance of smoke and beef flavor. The serloin falls apart in your mouth as it is tender and marbled perfectly.
best steaks. The best steaks in Alb., but sides lomited. But whe needs sides, when you have good steaks.
GALAC. It has good food and good service. I eat at the one out of El Paso, Texas though, because I don't live near Albequerque
Eat here if you want mystery meat!. I ordered steak and shrimp, but got steak and fish. When I pointed it out to the waiter, I was served a new dish. When the same thing happened again and I pointed it out, the waiter explained that the shrimp was flaky because it was such high quality. I have had shrimp many times before, and it has never tasted fishy or been flaky. These guys just didn't want to admit their mistake. In addition, my order was "mysteriously" delayed in the kitchen for 20 minutes initially while my dinner partners were eating.
