After the rushed, rather rude initial customer service, I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I picked up my items (four pairs of pants in need of hemming and taking-in at the back of the waistband). The work was near-perfect, exactly what I'd asked for despite many difficult seams. The waist alterations showed particular skill; several pants had high or funky waistbands, and the modifications were careful and literally seamless in appearance. A bit pricey, but not bad considering the quality work. Just don't let the front-counter lady push you around!
