Poor customer service. An item was purchased from this store which I believe is defective. They would not refund but insisted there couldn't be a problem with the item because they've never had a complaint about it before. Well, these things happen. Every product has an occasional defect. They did not even look at it much less try it to see if it worked. Just refused refund. Period.

Best Hobby store in town!! Fantastic service!! Fantastic selection!! If they don't have they usually can get it!!. Hobbies N Stuff is a very personable and welcoming environment. They are willing to help and will usually go that extra mile for you. They have a wide selection of hobbies in the store from planes, to boats, to cars, trucks, models, even doll house stuff that you can't find elsewhere in town!!! I really love going in there because they really try to relate to all of their customers!!! I really recommend going in there if you haven't already.
