I recently took my computer in after running out of options on fixing it. They offered to take a look at it for free. I brought it in and the manager hooked it up and ran a couple diagnostic programs, and installed them for free, then gave me some tips on how to best keep from having the same problem. I was out in a couple hours of the day and not a penny spent. Computer now works like new.
