empty promises and little knowledge. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Leslie's. I have never owned a pool and went to them for advice for a pool cover. I gave them the dimensions of the pool. I even questioned the size they were ordering put they assured me it was the right size. I went to put it on to close down my pool and guess what it was not the right size. I also order a leaf cover put I haven't seen it yet and it's been over a month. It's past time to close down the pool. They promised it in a week. I am still waiting for my replacement cover. Their customer service is less to be desired. It's been empty promises from the employees. Matt's Pool's on the other hand has excellent customer service and a knowledgeable work force.…
