Thieves, STAY AWAY!. Without a doubt, the most unethical corporate ownership of any club in town. The sales reps are allowed to say anything to get a contract signed without fear of reprisal. My 19 year old daughter and her friend were flat out lied to and now Wellbridge Inc, the parent company of this club refuses to do the right thing. Great Club!. I love this club. I hear alot of complaining but my suggestion is unless you go to the manager of that facility, nothing can or will be done. I've had a few instances there over the years and while I may not like how it turns out, it was because there was nothing the club can do. Breakins are all over the place and if you research your data, you'll find theft-related crimes are the highest they've been in years. Sometimes staff can be a bit friendlier or empathetic but since they have no control of that (and they're young), what can they really do. The management team there is very accommodating. I would recommend ANYONE that has any problems to go directly to them for a resolve.

Horrible!. Some of the fitness trainers at this club need to be fired due to their behavior toward members. This club revolves around the staff and not the customers. Go to another club.

good value. Although the club is a little pricey, it has everything you could want in a health club. The pool area is amazing and my son absolutely loves it and the childcare too. The classes are incredible and the club has always been clean when I have visited.

Not recommended. Pretty much entirely sales oriented rather than fitness focused. Rather dirty, with generally unpleasant, standoffish staff. Terrible rates in comparison with other gyms in the city, and inflexible membership policies. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
