We bought the futon we wanted, upgraded to coil mattress and received a red cover for free. Salesman was very helpful but with no pressure. Delivery was same day! Very pleased with whole experience.

Excellent Selection, Low Prices, Friendly Staff. I've purchased two futons from Futons and Frames in Albuquerque and had a great experience both times. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure us into buying. The prices are low, and when considering the enormous shipping costs associated with ordering a futon online, Futons and Frames is clearly a better local alternative.

I was shocked to see a negative review (titled "Buyer Beware"). I decided to investigate their claim, and concluded that the reviewer's claims are completely unfounded. "DarwinsMightyBeard" seems to be poorly informed - the photos on this store's website are not of exact products for sale - you go to the store and select products from the inventory in-person, then make a purchase. This other reviewer incorrectly thought that Futons and Frames has a website that sells futons...this is not true, as stated on the website - the website's photos are informational and the website clearly does not sell any products or make any claim that the products pictured on the website are available for purchase on the inventory floor. Hopefully this inaccurate review will be removed soon as it is clearly a hopelessly misinformed and potentially fraudulent customer attempting to tarnish the reputation of a good business.

I've had nothing but positive experiences shopping here and I recommend Futons and Frames to anyone in the Albuquerque area who's interested in checking out futons.

BUYER BEWARE. These guys are crooks. We purchased a platform bed from them and after 25 hours of hassle, they delivered at night when the store was closed so we had no recourse after they brought us the wrong pieces. They gave us two foot boards and said that's the way it comes. The model in the store had a head board, the model picture on their website had a head board, and the instruction manual lists the head board as required for assembly. When I addressed the issue the next day, they called my husband a liar and said there never was a head board, never mind the website, the manual diagram and my husband's own eyes. Hey Rico, where's my head board?!
