A Great Place to be registered for work. I have worked for Kelly Services since 1999, and they have found work for me most of the time. The staff (especially Erika) is friendly and helpful. They do require a good set of skills, and will provide testing and sometimes training, if needed.…
Bad Experience. I was so surprised from what had happened with me. In the beginning i went and made the interview and the woman who did it to me was happy from my answers, then they asked me to bring 2 references..i did that when i were at the office, then i found them sending me telling me that they need minimum 2 references in the states,, i answered that i have only one reference in the states and 2 in Egypt and I'll try to bring the telephone no., after many trials i could do it, then the office called the references and as for my knowledge, everything were great,then the office called me telling me,sorry we'll not be able to hire you, i asked about the reason, the office couldn't find a reason. I totally respect their point of view for not hiring somebody,but they should decide this from the beginning in the interview, and not waste my time and my references' time and their own time! I'm really surprised as i felt that the office is trying to find excuses from the beginning . And simply they can say from the beginning,you're not appropriate and give a reason to that person who came to them and trusted them in order to know where is the reason and to try to make things better. really i had a very bad experience. And i still wanted to know the reason if there is!…
