Need to speak Spanish, I guess. I've loved Lotta Burgers for years, and usually get a couple or three a month. But at this location near Pennsylvania and Menaul, I was charged for cheese and green chile, which I did not want nor order. I'm not sure any of the servers could speak English, if they could, I'm not sure they understood my "no" answer to those add-ons. Also, cheese burgers usually have the cheese melted, not these. The food was served cold, which is very unusual for Lotta burger, but I think that's because the cooks were having an extended Spanish conversation and not that much into customer service. It's too bad, I really used to love them.
