Bad Manager Dorothy. I love Old Navy, but its a shame that they hire such an incompetent manager. This manager was so unwilling to help me make an inquiry on my account and when she did she had the nastiest attitude about. She helped people in line before she resolved my issue and continued to talk to me while helping other customers in line. That is no way to multitask. It was rude and I won't go back to that store until she is out of there.

The family-friendly chain is the third in a lineage of reasonably priced clothing stores (Banana Republic and the Gap are the older siblings). Huge, loft-like spaces and disco soundtracks make shopping here an upbeat experience. Men's, women's and children's jeans share space with khakis, T-shirts, sweaters, sleepwear, outerwear and seasonal items, such as ski hats, swimsuits and Halloween costumes.
