Bad Attitudes and Bad Quality. My two experiences with this place were so bad I will never go back -- nor will I ever recommend A Touch of Zen with good conscious. I have found the place to be messy and the people who work there to be rude and inconsiderate. They talk and socialize among themselves rather than pay attention to their customers. The lady who cut my hair did a really bad job because she was so engrossed in talking about her divorce. Another lady who did my pedicure was more interested in talking on her cellphone than she was to her job. Trying to talk to the owner of this business was no good. She herself does not seem interested in good customer relations as shown by the people she allows to work there. There are many other salons around Albuquerque that will appreciate your business, treat you respectively, and provide you with good quality service.
