BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. While drivng to this salon got phone call from front desk associate that stylist was running late, arrived at salon desk assoicated was no where to be found, when she finally came out from back of the salon she help other persons that were in back of me. Finally got her attention told her my name and sat down, another lady was waiting for the same stylist at that point I knew that I has been double booked, agian the front desk associate had no idea what was going on, then stylist comes out and tells me that I have beed doubled booked and that I can re-schedule my appionment. This is my third time at this salon and have never been treated with such disrespect. I will never go to this salon agian or refer any friends or family

Diana is awesome!. Not only did Diana give me the best cut and color, she also gave me the best brow shaping ever after introducing me to Threading. Diana had exceptional customer service and she also taught me so many tips and tricks on how to work with my hair, products and tools.

Thank you for the best beauty experience I ever had. I'll be back and so will all my family and friends!
