A Terribly Managed Property

This property used to be managed by Archstone and it was the best in Albuquerque. It is now managed by an outfit named First Pacific. I cannot tell you how unresponsive and rude this company is. Every year they manage to cut services, but inexplicably the prices keep going up. They make promises they do not keep and charge for things most complexes take for granted (Without letting you know the price before they do it!) Avoid this property at all costs!!!
