Albuquerque Pools & Spas

Poor service. We really regret using Albuquerque Pools and Spas. When we closed our 3 year old pool last Fall, it was in perfect working order. We arranged for them to open our pool and provide biweekly cleaning service. They "opened" our pool - after showing up 45 minutes late. It took 3 visits to supposedly clean the pool. Two days after their last visit, we opened it to swim for the first time and found it to be filthy. An entire layer of debris on the bottom of the pool. There was also no water return to the pool - only to the spa, which was also rather dirty. We have an auto pool cover which seals out the vast majority of debris. We were upset, but understanding that something just must have gone wrong and that they would fix it. So we emailed Brad twice and received no response. We called and got no response. We figured we'd wait a few days and just talk to them when they came to clean it again. But, of course, they never came to clean it. My wife left another voice message and finally we got an email with some cockamamie excuse that they'd gotten a big contract and wouldn't be able to service our pool this year. So if you're looking for someone who may actually be able to HELP you, look elsewhere.…

Fraud!!. Brad at the owner of the pool company made his first call to give an esitmate of the repairs (had to pay for that) then he came back to make the repairs. Worked on it for 30 min then he had to order another part. $575.00

4 weeks later never showed never returned phone calls and never did any of the repairs. I hired Cal Spa to come out and guess what it was the same amount for all the work to be done. Nothing had been replaced and not single thing was repaired. They are frauds, cheaters and liars. Don't use them!! I will be taking them to small claims court.…

BAD SERVICE****POOR FOLLOW UP. They never return calls or messages...It has now been 17 months of missed appontments or no shows. Their error has caused more damage. The BBB has a number of complaints; unresolved I would not recommend their services to anyone.…

A breath of fresh air!. I almost forgot what good old fashioned service was.. I had called 2 other places, one did not show up, the other looked at my spa & said" I can't fix this spa it's too new! Albuquerque pools & Spas showed up on time. They also had to order the parts from out of state. It took 2 days & my spa was running again. My back thank's you. G. Franklin…
