Great & dependable florist- top notch! thanks InBloom!. Many Many thanks to InBloom for the great & last minute service and the remarkable flowers and chocolates they put together for my grandmother!! I had to cancel last minute on my Grandmother's b-day, as I was from out of town and an unexpected event occurred preventing me from visiting. I wanted someone local to provide that special local touch and flare, and I sure did pick a great choice in InBloom. In Bloom sure did make it up to her!!! The second they were delivered my grandmother called me crying with excitement, as it had been years since she said she had seen such a great bouque of flowers and her favorite accessory item of all time (chocolates). All it took was one quick call and InBloom did the rest, and from the pics my grandma sent me, I couldn't have agreed more with her. Thanks Wayne and Deanna for the VERY KIND service and attention to detail- you made my grandmother's day, week and year! You have my business for life!

TERRIBLE FLOWERS. #1 WORST FLOWERS!!!!!! I purchased flowers at a $210.00 cost. I purchased the "Premium" flowers which were supposed to be extra large, with a large bear and large chocolates, which would have been a good value; Regretfully, the flowers were delivered in poor condition, late, and the flowers were SMALL and not as described. The bear and chocolates were later seen at Walmart for $10 or less each, however I paid $30 for the chocolates, and $35 for the bear. The flowers were very well taken care of, trimmed, water was replaced daily or bi-daily, they were getting sunlight, and the flowers completely died within 5 days and smelt awful. These flowers were such a disappointment, and I was so embarassed that I sent those to my girlfriend. What a mistake! I will never purchase from In Bloom EVER again, and I will do what it takes to inform everyone not to waste their hard earned money, In Bloom florist is a joke.

Albuquerque is fortunate to have this great florist. Whenever I visit the shop I get the feeling that I wish I could emulate the same ambiance that I feel when I'm in there at my own home. Always something new and interesting to see there and most of all, I enjoy the friendly feeling I get when dealing with the employees. Flowers are always top notch - thank you so much!
