Geeks mobile- not what they seem!. First of all, they misrepresent their company with a picture of a better more reputable company in their profile. They have poor service and overcharge for everything. Their prices are far higher than all of the other computer shops around. Beware before you use this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They claim to be cheaper than Geek Squad. They are NOT cheaper. Geek Squad set up my home wireless network (desktop, laptop, and TiVo) in less than one hour, for $130. This included a brand-new router, adjustment of all settings to my liking, and a tutorial on how to use everything. Geeks Mobile charges $125 for the first hour, and $25 for every 15 minutes after that. The technician they sent to my home had NO idea what he was doing. After almost 2.5 hours, he still couldn't get anything connected to the internet. He kept calling his boss for tips on what to try next. I finally begged him to put things back the way they were and leave (the laptop was hardwired to the internet when he arrived). He struggled to do THAT much. Worse yet - HE SAID HE WAS STILL GOING TO CHARGE ME!!!!! He said he would "do me a favor" and only bill me for one hour. I refused to pay. He said if I would have let him keep going, he would've figured it out eventually...at $100 an hour!!!! His boss said I owed them the money, because clearly there must be a problem with my computer. Geek Squad had NO problems with my computer whatsoever. The problem was with Geeks Mobile. Stay away from this company. Far, far away.

Good experience at Computer Corner. After going to another local computer store and thinking that they might all be lacking variety, professionalism and friendliness (and even integrity), I went to Computer Corner on a friends recommendation. What a nice surprise - I was greeted with a smiling face and a knowledgeable technical service person. They seem to like working there, and seemed honest and trustworthy.
