I'm really surprised about the other comment. I always skip my closest UPS store and visit Amy's because of it's warm and friendly personnel. Amy is just great to deal with. The whole team is very nice and professional.

Horrible Customer Service. Unfortunately I had to go to this store instead of my favorite store because it was too far out of my way. I had to ship a package UPS and they charged more than UPS! I called up UPS and found out that they charged $5 more at the UPS Store. I went back to ask about it and the owner Amy Bigbee yelled at me and kicked me out. I am always going to go to my favorite UPS Store even if it is out of my way more than 15 minutes.
