Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.

Ok, this is for the fuddruckers in albuequerque closest to the airport. I had eaten at other ones and they were great, I will never eat at one again. First of all the bun was soaked in was amounted to old fryer grease, the cook on the grill had long hair with no hair net, then the fool had raw hambuger patties sitting on top of the cooking ones on the grill,, i guess this fool and his manager that let him do this doesnt understand e coli virus or how to cook burger meat, after eating and basically not eating the burger, we left and i experienced a severe bowel movement after wards, and warn you to never and i mean ever eat here. i told people when we were leaving that the place sucked serious ass and had cross contamination issues,, i called the albuequere health dept on them too, THEY SUCK

I love fuddruckers ever since they came to albuquerque they have been my favorite place .The hamburgers are just awesome! In my opinion there is just no other! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves hamburgers!!!

It's an expensive burger joint. You can get burgers for alot less with far more flavor.
