Poor sysytem for rental assistance. I have been trying to get rental assistance for 2 MONTHS going now, and have been unsuccessful. Last year, their system was good. You went down there the first Monday of the month and if you were one of the first 20 to qualify you got it.......NOW, you have to make a phone appointment.....It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get through......I called repeatedly for 2.5 straight from 1-330pm.......and no such luck..And when I DIDN'T get a busy signal, I got the voicemail menu. I'm going to try this month again.......but I'm not expecting anything.....
