Great Sports Massage!. I have been getting deep tissue massages from Don at Earth Spirit Therapies for several years. I am an avid cyclist, rock climber and skier. I ride road and trails all year round. I work my body hard and frequently need help loosening up or recovering from pulled muscles and the occasional crash. He always fixes me up. I have found the therapist I use to be compassionate, always willing to listen and to suggest ways to prevent increase of my chronic pain. Outstanding professionals doing great work. I've been going to my therapist at Earth Spirit Therapies for more than 12 years. Her skill at listening to my needs, then customizing my massage has been wonderful. If I need deep tissue work, I get it, and without the need for pain relievers afterwards that I've experienced at other places. If I need a "fluff and buff", to de-stress and sleep through the night, I get that too. It's too bad the "Horrible" reviewer didn't check out one of the other massage therapists. I have positive recommendations on the majority of the providers from people who've gone to them, and no one I recommended go to Earth Spirit Therapy every had that experience. Do not go to this massage therapy place, unless you want to experience prolonged pain.
I went to get a little stress relief and because I was sore from exercise. The massage itself felt clumsy but the real pain came later. My back is swollen and hurting and my shoulders feel like they have been ripped out of their sockets.
I cannot believe that I actually paid someone to do this to me. Do not make the same mistake I did. I regret the day I ever heard of Earth Spirit Therapies!!! Run away from this place.…
Awesome sports massage therapy, did more for my recovery than anything else. After suffering a severe bicycle accident with multiple sugeries to my hip and leg, months of confinement to a wheel chair and a slow rehabilitation, Don's deep tissue massage and stretching sessions reduced my pain and increased my range of motion. I still have a slight limp, but we are working on it. I am back riding my bicycle and enjoying it.…
