WOW. I was treated very well upon my arrival at the store. I would have liked a little time to browse without "supervision" but I believe that is how they work at this store. Merchandise is nice, though a limited selection. I would go back again, though my better half was not quite as impressed as I was.

Wouldnt go there if you value customer service!. bought several pieces of jewelry over several years, than company was bought out and replaced all of the good employees. Since the change, the hours have changed, and if you go in for an inspection the employees show their lack of desire to help you because they know you wont be spending any money there.You have to ask to get jewlery cleaned when its inspected and they refuse to clean a piece from another store..how petty! would not recomend to anyone. Go to Jareds!
