PAWN CITY ON 4TH ST IS A JOKE .....So I took some cordless tools to get a loan and my tools are makita Li-ion 3Ah batteries.{ which Are 100-135 bucks to replace. } Now when i went to pick up my tool's one batterie is gone and they cannot find it in their shop anywhere and suggested that i did not bring both batteries. PISSED ME OFF. So i took my tools and went home to look for my batterie with no luck as i am 110% sure i took it with all the tools.Today is 09/12/12. Joel the store owner has promised to make it good tomorrow.

NEVER GO TO PAWN CITY!. I called in and asked for some assistance on selling the gold i had. The person who answered the phone did not identify himself and when i told him the amount of gold and quality he blurts out that he cant go any higher than 1000. I knew this was incorrect and was about to ask for clarity when he came back forget that I will give you 450. You can understand that I was very confused at this point and if he had given me the option earlier in the conversation i would have told him that I was familiar with the prices for gold. At this point i told him that the amount he was offering was less than 25% of the golds value. He sighed loudly and angrily told me do you want to know what i will offer or are you calling to tell me what you know and hung up on me.

I would never recommend this Pawn shop. I called ABC Gold & Silver promptly as I have had luck with them in the past and he was kind and told me that because I was selling pure gold there isn't much room for profit and if given an offer I should not take less than 80% of the value. I didn't go to him because I was on the other side of town and had limited time to finish.

Excellent Service and Friendly. Have been dealing with them for years. Always been fair with me. They gave me what I wanted in trade for another gun. Also bought some great guitars from them.

Super City!!!. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this company or it's employees! They treated me with total respect and went out of their way to demonstrate each product that i was looking for. The store was neat and clean with everything in it's place. I have never found pawn shops to be all that much cheaper so i thought they were about in line with all their rest. They are in the business of selling a few particular items that they seem to be very experienced with and all those items were in excellent condition. I will do business with them in the future!
