November 17,2011 Steve Flores Says. Julio installed our first in ground pool approximately 5yrs ago. Since then we have moved and he built us our second pool and spa. Trusted Pool Installation and Maintenance. Julio installed our in ground vinyl pool in the 80's. He has replaced the vinyl liner twice during the years. This year along with replacing the liner, he and his sons renewed the pool decking, fixed a leak problem, replaced the pool light, and fixed the pump timer.
