Highly recommend. After hearing great things about Bebe, our experience has been great - he visited us in the hospital each day (usually 2x/day) after the birth of our child, and he's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personal.

It has taken 3 phone calls and me going to their office in person to get my daughters shot records to register her for school. They refuse to provide ANY referrals to specialty care.

Definitely do NOT recommend.

Highly Recommend. I have to respectfully and kindly disagree with Melinda7, we love Bb and have gone to him for 20 years. I've never seen them "push" vaccines. I've never had a problem with his staff, they have always been so nice to us. I've also never seen the place look dirty. We really appreciate the knowledge and excellent care we have received over the years.

Horrible Staff. I never want to go back to this place. I can never get any information, and they always act disinterested or confused about simple requests like filling out a camp form. It takes several phone calls to get it done.

And heres the clincher---I was running late to my 11:30 appt. because I live on the other side of town, so I called and they said as long as I get there by 12:00 its ok.

So I arrived at 11:55, and all the staff was standing in the front office glaring at me. When I repeated what they told me about the time, the one "nurse" made some disrespectful comment and walked away.

I also don't appreciate the Dr. always pushing vaccines, especially as a parent of an autistic child. He also suggests the HBV vaccine which is dangerous in some cases.

This office isn't just dingy, its dirty! As a healthcare practitioner for 35 years, I will say anyone could do better by going somewhere else.

We love Bebe Care!. Bebe Han has been my boys pediatrician since they were born, my oldest is now 9 years old and I have been nothing but satisfied with the care they receive! Dr. Han came the hospital himself when they were born to give them a check up. The nurses are very caring and the front desk staff is very friendly. I've never had a problem making an appointment. Dr. Han is very straightforward and helpful and I always trust him and the other pediatricians in his practice. The midwife who delivered my first son was the one who referred me to Bebe Care and she said the same thing, he took very good care of her kids.
