the best of the best. Albuquerque the magazine has rated Laru ni Hati one of the best salons in Albuquerque for several years in a row. I decided i had been here long enough to give them a try. I have always felt a good haircut was worth it so I chose to see the owner. Walking in, I knew I had made the right choice. The salon looks and feels different from any salon I have been to, and I've been to alot being an army brat. I was treated well and I left looking good and feeling great!

a favorite place in a new home. Greg was recommended to me by co-workers.

i moved from miami 2 years and left behind a hair stylist that i didn't think i would be able to replace. i have been pleasantly suprised!

Greg showed me what my hair could do naturally in this new climate.

i have been back for his color which i find to be better than the colorist i left behind. he has made albuquerque a more liveable place for me.

i am very happy with my new look.

Would not go back. I just recently went to this salon to have my hair done by 1of the 2 stylists that characterize themselves as specialist in black/texturized or naturally curly hair for a cut and color. I was more than disappointed when I left the salon with my curls all frizzed out. The cut was really a trim, nothing special was done to shape my hair and my highlights are uneven (one color at the base and another an inch down). A cut and color comes with a salad and glass of wine, I never got the wine, but the only good thing about my experience was the salad. Perhaps they should focus on food and cigars. Now I have to pay another stylist to correct my color and give my an actual haircut. I will never go back to that salon and until the stylist actually learns how to style naturally curly hair, she shouldn't call herself a specialist and should lower her prices.

My new hair place. My partner took me to this happening salon in the middle of my favorite part of Albuquerque. She knew I was feeling sad and knew what would make my day. Her stlist, gregory didn't waste a minute and I left feeling like a million bucks. This is my hair place from now on.

Ten years of great hair. I heard about laru ni hati when I came to complete my medical training. My boyfriend, now husband, and I have been seeing Gregory who is also one of the owners. From the beginning we both felt comfortable letting him do whatever he felt looked good. We still go in with the same high expectations and he has never let us down. We also like the salon atmosphere - very comfortable.

Worst haircut ever!. I went in with long hair for a trim with Greg. I came out with a pageboy haircut. I expected more since I was paying a good amount. I ended up waiting for Greg first off, then he kept leaving me throughout the cut and then his hair apprentice styled it. How ridiculous! I ended up spending twice the amount of money because I had to schedule an emergency haircut with Chez D'Or, which ended up with terrific results.

Always a great haircut. Greg has been cutting my hair for years and he always does a beautiful cut, that is low maintenance & makes me look great. He really knows his business and is so fun to visit with.

uneven experiences, but great product selection. The best stylist I ever had in albuquerque worked here. Unfortunately she left, I was told, out of state. I am not sure if this is true, as I later heard another stylist left for another salon in albuquerque and her clients were told the same thing. In any case, I tried several other stylists, including the owner, and never found one who could give me the same quality results. In fact, the owner made a mistake and when I went back to have it fixed he was not there, so I had someone else fix it. After that, I got the super-cold treatment from him, so I stopped going. It's been a couple years now, so I go in for the products, because they have a fantastic selection of products that is unrivaled in the city.

I am picky and I love this place!. Moving to ABQ this year I was really worried about finding a good place for my hair. I am anti-aveda so I wanted to find a small high quality and high service place to go. We just happened to walk past here one day. I am really happy to see Greg for my hair.

Ask for Sarah McIntosh !!! Best haircut Ive ever had.. Fantastic classy hair salon. When you go make sure to ask for Sarah McIntosh, voted best colorist in albuquerque!! Can be difficult to get an appointment with her but its deffinately worth the wait. Very classy attentive service served with a complimentary latte or other drink of your choice. And great prices for such a highly skilled colorist.
