Not as Impartial as they claim. Security Escrow states that they are an impartial third party, but they are the only ones questioning my real estate dealings, as I have never been contacted by the seller. When I filed a complaint, their response was that they are an impartial third party. I find that really hard to believe since all correspondence regarding my account has come from them.
