Terrible Floral designer and customert service. Charlotte has very poor business ettiquete. I was very specific in order as to what if wanted in my arrangements, i specifically asked for no roses and no white flowers. When we recieved my floor arrangement they were all white with roses and she stuck 10 flowers of my wedding colors in the arrangement. The arrangements she provides for her customers are very used and worn. Her silk flowers look as if she buys them from the dollar store. In trying to resolve are is issue she was extremely argumentative. We payed for our order 5 months in advance and she gave us our flowers at the end of the fifth mo. She promised we would have enough time for changes if we needed too, but she didn't keep her word. I would not reccomend her business to anyone!!!!
