i was told while i was buying a bike that I was going to get free tune ups for 2 years. it has been a year and i took it in. the salesperson gave me a hard time, he couldn't find my records... Another salesman stepped up , looked at our paperwork and said it would be done by the next afternoon. Just picked it up, and it has never been touched. NM dust inside the wheels, and the frame, it hadn't been picked up at all. The chain hadn't been lubricated at all. Never going back again. Sullen and rude employees. Only attentive to sell a bike for a few hundred dollars.
