Bad Customer Service. This is the second time that the manager Theresa from the Yale restuarant has been rude to me. I am starting to think that she is prejudiced towards Hispanics. I want into the store yesterday (12-19-2011) i was the first one there and 5 minutes later when she came out of who knows where. She started helping others. That's not the first time she has totally looked past me. The last time she forgot my order. I waited 30 minutes before she came back to ask me what my order was. The thing to do is ask who was here first, As a manager you would think that she has the Customer Service Skills. Unfortunately Theresa Does not. Theresa is Rude. I love the Quarters food. I recently moved here from the North East Heights. I would always go to the Wyoming store.The always treated me real good over there.. I have lived in Albuquerque for many years and have never complained about the service at a restaurant. Theresa from the Quarters, Or any one that knows her. Please let her know that she should buy a book on Customer Service Skills. Maybe you will learn some manners

WoW! Great Customer Service!. First time at this Quarters location and I was impressed by the excellent food and warm customer service! When I go to a restaurant I want good food along with the customer service because they go hand in hand. This location had both and I hope everyone who reads this will take my advice and visit this awesome restaurant! Thank you for providing your customers with the best food and the warmest smiles!

Great Ribs!. Tried this place out along with 3 other people. We made sure to get different dishes to try lots of things. Of course, that meant we also had lots of leftovers. My favorite dish was the ribs. No way we could eat them all, but its great to take some home. I'm not a big BBQ rib fan, but these were excellent and will be what I order when I go back. Tried the steak with cheese and chili topping. The flavors were wonderful but the cut of meat had a bit too much gristle for me. The fried shrimp were good (I know, I know. Shrimp in a BBQ joint. My friend had to order them though). The BBQ pork sandwich was literally a ton of meat plunked between two pieces of bread with sauce on the side. I was the least impressed with this entre of all the ones I tried. Now, onto the sides. The onion rings tasted like the frozen variety. The potato wedges were average. The coleslaw was yummy. Service was good. The meal a bit pricey. Oh, and they had my fav beer Stella Artois on tap. Woohoo! Get there early or you'll have a long wait for a table.

Quarters RULES ALL.. It's not fancy like County Line, but the value is EXCELLENT (especially on the take out - ask for extra sauce!) and the sauce is what make my mouth water just thinking about it. Decorations have unusual antiques on the walls. Very down-home. It's my TOP BBQ place EVER. It leaves Rudy's in the dust in ALL aspects. It can get packed and busy so get there EARLY for dinner for optimum service. Great variety of beers on tap and bottle. Have plenty of napkins on hand, you WILL get clown-faced with the ribs AND LOVE EVERY BITE!
