Great food and great service and great chefs!!!. This place is a very fancy nice relxing place to eat! The only problem is the parking but other then that this place is always serving right on time and the food is always cooked right! I even plan on having my Wedding rehearsal dinner here!

not Greek at all. Was very disappointed. What Greek restaurant offers pizza but no gyros? I suppose gyros is too pedestrian for the chi-chi (S)Nob Hill latte drinking elitist bunch. That is obviously the clientele this place treasures. All form and no substance. The food is mediocre at best. My business goes to Mykonos which is out of the way but head & shoulders above this plastic place.

Lousy service during the day. They refuse to take take out orders "when they're busy" without advance warning.. I own a business in Albuqerque and live in Nob Hill. Moved to the area about a year ago after living in most major metropolitan areas in the U.S. (New York, San Francisco, etc.) and travel extensively. I've eaten at Yanni's about a dozen times or more over the past year but no more. The daytime and Sunday waitstaff leave much to be desired: having to be reminded about refilling drinks, taking their time with orders and being generally impolite. On a couple of occasions stomach ailments have quickly followed a meal here. I order take out occasionally on a Thursday night (our family night), show up in person and tip generously. On two occasions the barstaff has refused take outs, on the order of the owner, because they are "too busy". On this occasion half the tables were empty, the bar was almost empty and I was in person. The restaurant is in Nob Hill but apparently doesn't care about the customer or possible regulars. I say their attitude is big city exclusive in a mediocre restaurant town. The food is okay but not up to what I have gotten in the most run of the mill Greek establishments in almost any other city with a more sizable Greek population. Not recommended for bad attitude, mediocre to middling food and poor service.

Good Greek/ Bad Greek. The food at Yanni's is pretty good. If you're a dessert person, those are way above any Greek restaurant I've ever been to. HOWEVER, they operate the place like a "good ol' boys club!" If they know you, as they must know the previous reviewer, then you are treated well. If they don't know you, the older owner will shove you aside as though you are invisible. This happened to me on my visit there, and I was more than prepared to love the place! It was embarassing, to say the least. When I took the younger owner aside to register my displeasure, I was not offered any recompense....nothing. He even saw what had happened, and no one even came over to apologize! I had to say something to them. Because they were so rude, we will never return. There are many other excellent Greek restaurants in Albuquerque. Try one of those. You don't need to be treated rudely at those prices! Oh, yes, by the way, it is very expensive for a Greek restaurant

Expensive and Mediocre. Although they have a nice outdoor dining setup, the food and service are just barely ok, the prices are quite high for Albuquerque, and with so many other Greek places around, I doubt that I would return.

wonderful. this is the best greek restaurant I have ever been to. The food is authentic. The service is superb. The owner of the place is always there always greeting everyone. I feel like I am back in greece when I go here. This is a must not miss place!
