This is New Mexican cuisine which is very different from Mexican food. The food has lower fat and less seasoning. The result is a delightful menu that you can eat from everyday. It's a place where the staff will take the babies from the regulars and show them to the other workers. It's a very casual and friendly atmosphere.

The quality of the meat was very low. The taco meat had some sort of filler in it, potatoes I think. Really not very good at all. The chicken was all dark pulled rooster meat. Also not very appetizing. It really seems that this is another eatery that has established its customer base and really isn't trying anymore. I would have to concede that it's at least as good as Taco Bell. But, if you're really in the mood for cheap tacos, go to Del Taco and enjoy yourself.

Sadie's has nothing on this place! The chile is solo good! The tamales are out of this world! To top it off, this is the only place you can get quelites like mama used to make.
