Snobby and Condescending!! Small sizes!. Coming from NY and strolling in Nob Hill, walked into Elsa Ross and was treated horribly! The owner and workers are condescending as other reviewers have said. Yes, they do have designers that I like, but overpriced and sizes 0-6. Save your $$$$ and go online or to ABQ Uptown. Too bad, though, it is my understanding that there is not competition for these designer clothes at another boutique in Albuquerque. Seems to me someone should open a friendly, customer-sevice oriented, upscale boutique. Albuquerque deserves better!

They really know style!!!!!!!!. OMG! THEY HAVE DVF! IN MY SIZE, IN THE STORE! SO SO GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

AA-MAZING. All I can say is WOW!

I do not live in New Mexico, but I have never found a store this incredible anywhere I have been. Plus I have been all over, from LA to Paris. This store is heaven to me, I know even Rachel Zoe would just DIE when walking in. They have everything, literally all the fashionable lines. Some include Phillip Lim, True Religion, Haute Hippie, Joie, and Gipsy 05. I will not go anywhere else for clothes like these. I am someone who is very open to ideas and fashion, but the service here is incredible! They know everything. Fashion is everything to them there and I love it! They know exactly what their doing, it is FABULOUS!

If you're ever in Albuquerque, New Mexico just roll on into ELSA ROSS, you will not regret it.

I really love the blond girl.. Elsa ross has the best clothes and accessories but the worst service i have ever experienced except I would only go in there if the skinny blond girl was working. She was SO helpful and nice and knowledgable and I bought tons of stuff from her. If she didnt work at the store there would be no reason to go back!

AVOID SHOPPING THERE AT ALL COSTS!. I went into Elsa Ross because they had a handbag that I had wanted, but I will never go back again. The sales people were very rude and unhelpful! I walked in and they ignored me completely, then when I started to look at the bags a women talked to me. But, she completely looked at me up and down which was uncomfortable and rude. She made me feel that I wasn't worthy of being in the store as well as buying anything. Then to top it off the handbag was more EXPENSIVE than ONLINE!

I have always heard negative things about the store but gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, after experiencing the snottiness I won't go back!! I don't feel that I or anyone shouldn't feel bad about themselves after leaving a store!

Great Place. I went to this store and I actually had a very good experience. Either the person that helped me was either extra extra helpful or the person that everyone else got was horrible customer service person. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. Helped me very much, tried to make a sale but did not push. The rep was also very knowledgable, gave me a lot of information as well as his own experience with the fashion line. I definatly will be going back.

Don't waste your time.. I would not recommend Elsa Ross. They have beautiful clothes but they act like they don't want you in the store. The last time I was there they totally ignored me for a blond woman they perceived to have more money. I could buy anything in the store if I wanted to but they have lost my business. I have boycotted it for the past two years and tell everyone to do the same because they are so rude. If you want nice clothes and amazing service no matter what you are buying go to Relish which is just around the corner. The service there is wonderful.

rude! rude! rude!. This store is not worth the hassle of the poor customer service. Personally if I am to spend over $500 somewhere I should feel good about it. They hardly raise abrow when you walk in the door, and comments are rude and unhelpfull. BOO!

User review by sbhk01. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone. The employees are rude, if they give you the time of day. I have never been treated so poorly. If you have a "passion for fasion" I would recommend shopping at one of the other boutiques in town or buying on the internet. I would not give a penny to this store.
