absolutly worst experience i have ever had. I stayed at this hotel for three days and it was the worst experience of my life!!!! Someone obviously had a key card and walked in on me in the middle of the day as i was working on my computer. When I went to dinner someone entered my locked and supposedly secure room and stole my brand new laptop. The management and the national help line for this organization have totally refused to do anything about it. The Policeman that was called to investigate, told me that in the past former employess had been staying in the rooms without permission. How did they get pass keys, or the person who stole my laptop get his pass key???? Upon his investigation of his employees at the loss of my computers, the manager sent me an email and told me that none of them had done it. Am i crazy or is it stupid of me to think that a thief would own up to it??? I stongly advise you not to stay here if you want any security for your family or valuables. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality while visiting albuquerque!!!
