Very Helpful and Freindly. I sent my wife on a quest to find a ring for me. I have large hands and all I wanted was a simple gold band for my wedding ring that was around 250. After shopping at nearly every jewlery store in Abq she found this store. Not only did they help her find my ring, they also sized it and bowed it up for me. Although it is a bit tight after the resizing they did offer to enlarge it and make it fit just right. I and my wife are completely satisfied with their exceptional customer service that we will return for all our jewlery needs in the future.

Love this place!!. I have been a cutomer for many years, and have never had a problem. The staff has always been polite and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Avoid these crooks and liars. If you want to be cheated and lied to, this is the place to go. This place ruined my $150 watch and then flat out refused to accept responsibility. They stripped the screws so badly that no one else will work on it. When I confronted them, they simply denied it. The entire staff was defensive and immediately began denying any wrongdoing and trying to blame others. It seemed so natural, like they'd done this before.

ALSO, while I was there a woman came in to complain that they'd had her watch in for repair for THREE MONTHS and no one ever called her to update her on its status. In this case too, the employee was defensive. I heard her tell the woman, "Well, we get so busy around the holidays." As if that's an excuse! The sign on the outside says "1 Day Repair." I would laugh if I hadn't just been totally screwed by them.

I would recommend steering clear of these crooks and liars.
