Heavenly, just heavenly!!

Betty's is an ACTUAL spa. And by that I mean that they have these beautiful, outdoor hot tubs, saunas, and those amazing cold showers! I just can't fathom going anywhere else since the tubs are so good at unwinding you before your treatment. I love the relaxing massage and the facials are just magical! I also enjoy the fact that their skincare line is organic and smells wonderful! There is no salon attached which makes me more comfortable because the energy is more relaxed, you can just be yourself, and it's non-toxic. Loving the Betty's!

Nurturing...ah

In need of some good nurturing? Betty's is the place for you. Anytime I need some extra nurturing or just want to be pampered, I head to Betty's.

After going to Betty's for a few years now, I was sad to have read the previous review. Everytime I visit the spa, the service is superb and the staff is friendlly and accommodating from the start.

• Pros: new parking lot is awesome
• Cons: availability can be hard sometimes

unfortunately NOT good

I chose this place after exhaustive searches online and went there thinking that it will be really good. Unfortunately, the person that did my massage was not very good. She was a nice and polite person but she was not very good in controlling how much pressure she should apply, which made the massage not so pleasant. Consequently, my neck was hurting later that day. Another thing I did not like was that the receptionist misunderstood the massage that I had asked for.

This was very disappointing as everybody seems friendly there and I wish that it had worked out. I am seeing other more positive reviews here. I am guessing that they may have gotten the massage from a different person. So if you are going there, make sure that you get the right person.
