I would recommend the downtown club to anyone who is looking for a great place to work out that is both extremely clean and at the same time un - intimadating to a new member. Management and staff have been very helpful to me even when I was not paying for training services. The steam room is a "BIG" plus in my mind and was a deciding factor in my joining as well as the fact that I could work out in any of the clubs.

I sent a letter to these people electing not to continue my membership, followed the rules, and haven't stopped being harrassed since then. They lost my letter, my email, my confirmation email from them, and keep sending the huge bills and telling me they win all their lawsuits. Just say No.
Cons: Seem to be a very unbusinesslike business
