Scammers gave out my personal information- Don't rent here!. This complex should be avoided at all costs. They shared my personal information on my credit ap with another company and I get harassing phone calls daily. They lied to me about the apartment, and stole $500 from me that I never got back. Tried to put my daughter in the farthest apartment in a dark alleyway. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!

HORRIBLE. sun village is a horrible place to stay, their website is incorrect, you have to pay extra for shuttle use, and the "personal touch" is absolutely non existent, I wanted to use the shuttle during a week of snowy weather, I offered to pay, but what they told me was that I had to pay the whole semesters fees just to ride for one week!....do not believe the website and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT Live Here. Living in Sun Village has been a horrible experience. I'm moving after just two months of living here. I couldn't justify giving them any more money, and the termination fee is worth being rid of this place. It is an unsafe, unclean environment. I worry about my car every night. It's noisy as hell and nearly every appliance (including hot water) has either been replaced or fixed in the short time I've been here. If you're desperate for a place, DO NOT sign the twelve month lease. You'll want to move soon, for sure. Please, please, please do not rent here, particularly if you own valuables or have children with you.

DONT RENT HERE. I CAME TO APPLI. AND THEY WERE RUDE. I STAYD AND IT TOOK THEM ALMOST THREE WEEKS TO FIX MY A/C. THIS PLACE SUCKS PLS THERE R SUM ROACHES

Shame on SunVillage Apartments. Well I have been at Sunvillage for about 2 years and they had made my experience a living hell! First it started out as a mole problem which then turned into a childhood contest of who did it. They blamed me and my brother, when in fact there was a hole in the wall and water leaking into it. After weeks of the Lazy staffs BS we were finally transferred to a new apartment. Later on in this new apartment my walls and carpet started to leak and I informed the front office. They prolonged the situation for over two weeks and finally sent the maintence men to fix it.

Later on the problem came back but again they did nothing but argue with me. Now my air conditioner went out and they prolonged the problem for a week. The Manager (Jessica) told me that this was normal and that there are others that need their AC units fixed too. These calls came four days later! Their fixing everyone elses but mine!

This is either a way to get back at me or their discriminating against me. The manager told me that I had other options (ie move) but only a lazy manager would say something like that! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They do nothing but lie and give false advertising!!!

NOT Home Sweet Home. If you like rude, dismissive,aggressive, lower class management and staff this may be just the place for you. If you enjoy paying overpriced rent,with regular increases-Sun Village was created with you in mind. If you think nothing is more fun than not receiving your deposit back , this may be the special place you need. If you enjoy coming home from a hard day at work and finding NO PLACE TO PARK, this is definitely the shangri la you have been dreaming of. If your favorite pastime is hearing your neighbors making love, listening to their TV and the intricacies of their relationship-do not hesitate another second Sun Village is your destination.

However if all the above is not your cup of tea-run very fast in another direction. I have lived here 2 years and thankfully I am leaving this month. My wish is someone will benefit from my mistake.
